Diapering is a huge expense that places a huge amount of stress on a family. This wonderful community resource offers a list of all participating diaper banks in the Diaper Bank of Delaware County. WIC
Access to healthy nutritious foods is essential for emotional well-being.
The WIC (Women, Infant and Children’s) Program helps families start strong and stay that way by providing checks you can use to get nutritious foods for free.
Pregnant women, new moms, breastfeeding moms, infants, and children under the age of five are eligible for WIC as long as the family lives in Indiana and meets the income guidelines. Other services provided by WIC include nutrition counseling and breastfeeding support.
Hike It Baby
Social support and spending time in nature are important to building emotional wellness. Hike it Baby creates opportunities and removes barriers to access so families with babies and young children can take their first steps outside. This organization believe all families have the right to connect with nature, benefit from spending time outdoors, and be inspired to a lifelong love of nature.

Healthy Lifestyle Center
The HLC is a completely free community-based resource center focused on improving the health and well-being of individuals in our community. We provide information, consultation, and support for making healthy lifestyle choices and adopting healthy behaviors. Services include individual meetings related to diet, physical activity, behavior change, medical education, navigating socio-economic challenges, hearing, and speech as well as workshops and our new Healthy Mothers Program. The Healthy Mothers Program was created to provide individualized support for pregnant and post-partum mothers. Our goal for this program is to connect moms to local resources and assistance programs, provide information on healthy nutrition and exercise throughout pregnancy and after, and promote practices that improve mental wellbeing. Mothers can also earn baby supplies just by attending in-person or virtual sessions.

MOPS
MOPS is an organization that gathers and supports moms. This organization believes in the simple but revolutionary idea that remarkable things happen when moms come together. Over the past 45 years, MOPS has expanded their reach to include ALL moms. In addition, MOPS partners with churches and organizations worldwide to equip and encourage moms in more than 68 countries.
